Terms & Conditions – Radia (Private Jeweller)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which I provide jewellery sourcing services.

2. My Services I source diamonds and jewellery pieces according to your specifications, budget, and preferences, working with trusted suppliers to find the best quality and value for your money.

 

3. Ordering Process Requirements agreed in writing, Options presented based on availability and market pricing, Deposits may be required.

 

4. Payment All prices quoted in GBP unless stated otherwise, Payment terms agreed before sourcing begins, Deposits are non-refundable once sourcing starts, unless I cannot fulfil requirements.

 

5. Quality & Certification Where applicable, diamonds will come with recognised grading reports (e.g., GIA, IGI). Advice is provided, but final choice is yours.

 

6. Delivery Items can be collected in person or delivered using insured shipping. Risk passes once item is in your possession.

 

7. Returns & Refunds Custom-sourced pieces are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described. Faults must be reported within 14 days.

 

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance In line with the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended): I must verify customer identity for certain high-value transactions (£10,000 or more, single or linked). This may include photographic ID, proof of address, and proof of source of funds. I must report suspicious activity to the NCA and cannot inform you if such a report is made. Transactions cannot proceed without satisfactory AML checks.

 

9. Limitation of Liability I am not liable for changes in market value after purchase. I am not responsible for loss or damage once the item is in your possession, except where required by law.

 

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
