2. How I Use Your Information I use your information to: Source jewellery and diamonds matching your requirements, Communicate with you about your order, Arrange delivery or collection, Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including AML checks, Maintain business records.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance As a jeweller dealing in high-value transactions, I am legally required to: Verify your identity before completing certain transactions, Keep records of identification and transaction details for at least 5 years, Report any suspicious activity to the UK National Crime Agency (NCA) without notifying the customer involved.
4. Sharing Your Information I do not sell your data. I may share it with: Trusted suppliers and gem dealers, Payment processors and delivery services, Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.
